Em um final de semana de Março eu decidi ir finalmente para bélgica, o país logo ali perto que nunca me dei ao trabalho de ir visitar, que desperdício!
Uma amiga minha decidiu me acompanhar no sábado e partimos para Bruxelas bem cedo, o dia estava bem frio, mas logo que chegamos fomos recepcionadas por um sol lindo!
Some weekend of March I decided finally to go to Belgium the neighbor that I never has the guts to visit, what a shame!
A friend of mine decided to join in the Saturday trip to Brussels we left really early it was pretty cold but then when we got there, the sun was shining brightly!
e o que eu pensava era: MEUDEUSMESALVA, com tanto chocolate na frente fica difícil! sorte que eles eram um pouco -muito- caros.
and I was just thinking: GOD SAVE ME with that much of chocolate around! ahahaha luckely it was pretty expensive hahaha
Depois de rodar o centro decidimos ir ver o manneken pis, famosa estatueta, sim ele é minusculo!!!!
After walking the whole center we decide to visit the famous statue manneken pis, yes it was pretty tiny!!!!

Depois nós rodamos a cidade inteira, sem ter internet atras do bar da delirium e depois de mil pessoas nos dando direções erradas, nós o achamos! Ele fica em um beco/rua sem saída.
Then we were walking tha whole city without Internet connection looking for the delirium cafe lots of people gave us wrong directions but made it! It was in a small dead-end street.

pedi uma delirium rose, de leve hahahaah Minha amiga pediu uma rose tbm muito maior, e boa, mas eu ainda preferi a delirium...
I asked for the deliri rose haha my friend asked some other rose a way bigger and also nice but I though that mine was better!!!
Depois minha amiga teve que ir embora e eu fui explorar a cidade sozinha pelo resto do dia!
Then my friend left and I went to explore the city by myself!

Eu andei feito doida, e depois camelar muito encontrei muitas coisas legais pelo caminho e decidi ja acabar com a minhas pernas e ir até o atomium pq eu estava perto!
I walked like crazy and found lots of nice things in the way and then while I was almost killing my legs I decide to go to the atomium because I was half-way-there anyway...
foi uma longa caminhada até encontrá-lo ahahahah
But anyway I walked more and more until I got there!
Depois eu decidi voltar a cidade de metro e ir para o meu hostel, ele era bem perto do centro, e a decoração dele era bem bacana! eu não tirei fotos como sempre mas o nome é Brussels 2GO4 Quality Hostel, bem bacana, mas eu estava tão morta que comprei coisas para comer no caminho, enrolei e papeei um pouco na area comunitária e depois corri pra cama, duas roomates estava se arrumando para alguma super badalada festa, mas eu só queria minha cama, no outro dia ia madrugar para ir para Antwerp.
After lots of photos I back to the city by underground and went to my hostel. It was located close by the center and the inside decoration was pretty nice but as always I forgot completely to make photos hahaha the name it's Brussels 2GO4 Quality Hoste btw! Quite nice. it was the end of the day I was dying and I brought some food in the way and chill a bit in the common area and went to bed, in the oter day I would have to wake up really early to go to Antwerp.
No outro dia madruguei, e segui pro outro lado da cidade que descobri que existia com o mapa do hostel e decidi ir la tira umas fotos, era tão cedo e por ser domingo a cidade estava meia deserta.
In the other day I went to the other side of the city that I just found out after I got the map from the hostel so I went there for some photos it was early Sunday so the city was pretty empty

Depois me despedi de bruxelas e segui em direção a Antwerp
Then I said good buy to Brussels and went to Antwerp!
Que me recebeu com essa estação magnifica!!!! A galera do centro de informações da estação era super bacana! ganhei mapas e mil dicas, adorei!
That welcome me with this stunning station! The people from the information center was so nice and gave me maps and tips that I loved!
Aqui a influencia Dutch era bem visível, alem do fato de eles falarem holandes também enquanto em Bruxelas eles falam frances, me senti quase em uma cidade da holanda!
Here the Dutch influence was pretty strong and then also speak Dutch while in Brussels they speak french, so I felt almost at home hahaha
Depois de andar um pouco pelo centro da cidade, que alias tem wi-fi grátis, achei essa dica de lugar para almoçar e la fui eu!
After walking around a bit in the center that also has free wi-fi so I found this place too have lunch!
Escolhi o lanche de rúcula que quando chegou não sabia nem por onde começar, mas estava MUITO BOM!
I asked a rucula sandwich and when it arrived I didn't know where to start hahaha but it was REALLY TASTY!
Depois segui explorando a cidade.... que alias é uma graça...
After that I went to explore the city that is pretty charming...

segui pela orla até esse prédio que na verdade é um museu o qual você podia subir até o topo e ter uma vista panorâmica da cidade, imperdível, e free
I follow the seaside And got in the building that it's a museum where you can climb to the roof to have a panoramic view from the city! Unmissable and free!
Depois perdida pelo caminho achei esse café, que é uma coisa muito fofa, decidi parar pra tomar café da tarde/ janta hahahaaha eu estava acostumada a jantar as 18hrs quando morava por lá..
After there when I was lost around I found this lovely cafe and I decided to stop for a coffee/dinner when I was used to have dinner at 6pm back there...

Depois acabei em um lado bem bacana cheia de lojinhas independentes e tudo mais, com vitrines muito bacanas....
Then I ended up in a place full of independent design stories and lots of nice showcases...
Depois o vento começou bem forte e gelado e eu ja estava cansada demais, decidi partir para casa pois já estava tarde! Eu gostei muito de Antwerp, talvez ate mais que Bruxelas, e uma cidade que tem tudo e muita cultura/arte. Muito bacana! Super indico cas alguem estaja com planos de ir de bruxelas pra amsterdã ou vice versa!
The the wind was pretty hard and cold and I was pretty tired and had a long way back home so I decided to back! I liked Antwerp pretty much maybe even more that Brussels it's a "small city" that has almost everything and lots of art/design/etc! Pretty nice! If you are in the way from Brussels to Amsterdam or vice versa I highly recommend to stop by!
